Number from 'legal team' asking why I haven't claimed whiplash for an accident 2 years ago. Probably because the car was parked and I wasn't in it! I get approx 8 of these calls a day. What's annoying is I'm waiting for a phone call from a hospital in Birmingham so getting these calls naturally sends the stress levels soaring. Something needs to be done about these companies.
