So this number comes up for a Polish restaurant Folk House Zakopane in London. Well they'd have no reason to be calling people out of the the blue and 'Max' claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse.

Pretending they tried to deliver a parcel providing a phishing website. They also tried again with another message saying “mom I’ve smashed my phone, texting off my friends phone but it’s 1%. Message me to 07943742512” both messages on the same day, such a genius

Amazed .. I missed call as on new mobile that I have not used but have activated the sim card.
Indian sounding gentleman, who seemed to know details of our TalkTalk account, rang to talk to us about an upgrade - Instead we asked for a downgrade because we weren't using all the facilities we had - He offered us a rebate, but wanted our bank details, which the real TalkTalk would have already had - We closed the conversation at that point - We spoke to TalkTalk who confirmed that they HAD NOT phoned us, and that they would never ask for payment details over the phone and that this was aknown scam
