SCAM! AVOID! REPORT ALL scam attempts directly onto the police fraud database. Google ‘action fraud’ and go onto the ‘police.uk’ site. Click on the ‘report a phishing attempt’ page and read through ALL the information. Then complete the scam report form. It is a scam pretending to be O2. They got into my account and ordered an iPhone which I didn't ask for. Luckily they didn't manage to change the delivery address and I changed my password on time. O2 confirmed it is a scam.

The caller didn't leave a message; when I tried to return the call dialling back, an automated message said I had the wrong number. Clearly a nuisance call; now blocked.
