I had a call from 01228919076 the male on the phone said he was from Dragon home insurance. He asked me who my home insurance is with. When I said that is my business he hung up...

Appears to be one digit short. Did 1471 several times with same short number reported. Bad line, asian accent - he said he was "doctor from the internet".

waste of space we answered just to hear what sounded like a call centre in the background so on to block list it goes

Phoned this morning about 11.30.Polite.Claimed he was from B.T.(TELECOM? Very thick Asian accent) Could not understand him so rang off.

Keeps calling my landline every day at 11.00 am. when the message system switches on he hangs up without leaving a message. Its very annoying

Probably scam. Call several times and if you answer it s a silent call.

Received a call offering a free tablet, declined as I did not believe they were calling from Vodafone themselves, and hung up. Then received a seemingly automated text message from Vodafone advising the call was genuine, but the grammar in the text was poor - "infact", "you wasn t sure", "removed you from our list of customer" - so I can t be sure if it is genuine. Surely a big company like that would check something so simple?

Missed call - unknown. Saw it come in on my what's app... I don't like people phoning me randomly on that platform as that for me is invite/acknowledged only. The country code is for India. So I deem it as slightly suspicious. No message saying who they are. I never pick numbers I don't know. if they are really legit, they could leave a message. I'm tempted to block this number.

accident claims company. apparently about a car accident. if it was then it would be done all through insurance. not a third party. would not trust!

This number called me at 1220 today. Foreign caller, probably Asian, ask for my wife. When I asked who was calling he demanded to know why he should tell me & became foul mouthed before hanging up.

Claim to be Money Extra, or sometimes Money Expert asking about PPI. I have found elsewhere on the web this is a scam. Phone probably about twice a week.
