It is a genuine number AXA insurance but i missed the call - it was authorised by me as I had performed an online insurance quote with them the previous night.
It is a number for Waste Managed Ltd. They used to be Cheaperwaste Ltd. Terrible waste brokers in Newcastle. One to avoid so don't let them have your bank account number, or let them start a contract for you. There is a Facebook group, Cheaperwaste Waste Managed Unhappy Customers which reports terrible things.

DENY YOU HAVE A COMPUTER - IT REALLY CONFUSES THEM! My landline was called by a foreign guy who said he was Michael calling from Microsoft support and that my computer had been hacked. When I asked who had reported the problem he hung up!

They seemed to know who I was and wanted my confirmation details. People laughing in the background clearly trying to scam me.

This caller was extremely aggressive on the phone, I had trouble understanding him. He wanted to confirm the details of our address and told us we had been overpaying for our electricity. When I said we were not interested in switching provider, he promptly told me to F*** Off and P*** off!! Then hung up.

Called me late evening. The lady mumbled her name and the company she was calling from, quoted my full name and an address I lives in two years ago. When I said I didn't live at this address she said 'oh, sorry' and hung up.
