Basically wasted a lot of my time and no idea what the purpose was. I have a land line number.

I do not know this number or anyone in Leicester but if I get dubious calls they are usually from there. You appear to have given this unknown caller an address at 21 Welford Road, Leicester, England. They called my mobile. I NEVER answer these calls.
