Phone rings at any hour of night and caller puts down receiver on answer. Very frustrating.

SPAM States his name is Simon and calling me back about my loft insulation. I said he had the wrong number as I hadn't requested anyone to call me. He then asked if I knew about the government grant for loft insulation. At which point I interrupted him and said that he was a cold calling scamner who had commenced the call with a complete lie. He hung up. BEWARE because you can claim direct on the government website, these people are cashing in, which means they are costing you.
Received two calls from this number just after 4am. No one spoke, call ended after a few seconds with a click. Turned my mobile off. There had been a third attempt. I was astonished to find out where this call came from. To my knowledge, there is no one there that I know.
Text Message supposedly from NatWest regarding a payment attempt and giving a URL to verify the payment. Suffice to say I didn't!
