02394313280 called 21 Dec 22 at 14:59hrs, no message left. Some searches list it as QA hospital Portsmouth. Some searches listed by QA employees confirm the source but not the purpose.. Might have been genuine but they'll call again if it is so?

Fraud. Female automated voice claiming to be "bank security". Said two new charges appeared on my account. Hundreds of pounds on prepaid phone card and something for Mexico. Press 1 or 2 to to speak to support staff. Laughably worded but still evil and some will fall for it.
Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). She claimed that there has been suspicious activity from unknown IP addresses using my account and that it was being used for criminal activity and that she needed to help me protect my firewalls etc. I immediately became suspicious as I'd heard of such calls being made and told her that I'd call Virgin directly to resolve any issues. Message left telling me that my visa card was being asked for £800 for online gambling in the US so I am very suspicious about this number
