Said it was to do with passport and wrong information on passport also was a foreign speaking person so I guess it’s another scam tried calling back but no answer

Spam - they are a debt recovery service you block there phone number and then they will call you on another

This probably isn't safe - the caller didn't even know or ask for my name, simply saying 'it's about breakdown insurance'. Laughable.

Appears to be a call centre from the background noise. Caller hung up.
Someone text to ask about an Octupus energy account. Obviously there has need a data breach at Octupus.
SCAM Automated message to say there has been financial fraud with your accounts and an arrest warrant has been served. Press 1 to speak to an operator to pay the fine and avoid arrest.
