This number called but when I tried to answer it the caller hung up. Have no idea who it was or why they called.

As others have discovered this number is the marketing department of DM Design. You can call them for free on 0800 185186. I called it and spoke to a woman who said it is the marketing department causing the problem and that they were trying to do something about them. However, we can see that the first complaints on this page go back at least as far as March 2013. So obviously they are not taking this task very seriously.
