Called me yesterday and today. When I answered today they asked me if I was my dad. When I told them that wasn t me, they asked for my name anyway (which I didn t confirm) and they told me I had completed a survey and they were asking another survey. I told them I wasn t interested and asked them not to contact me again, they said I had consented to being contacted (not sure how when they thought I was somebody else) and the only way I could withdraw consent was by first completing the telephone survey.

After receiving numerous calls claiming that I have reported a car accident I have informed these people that any further calls will result in legal action and my time being charged to them at £100 per hour, I wonder how many more calls I ll get from them?
Calls from this number are from scammers fraudulent pretending to be from Carphone warehouse.Scamming people from the up front fee for I phone 12.Carphone warehouse are aware of the scam.
