This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Got the silent treatment when I answered the phone.
Called my grandmother saying they were from the telephone preference service. Asked if she still pays her phone bill by direct debit. Then asked for her card expiry date. Grandmother knew that the telephone preference service was free and luckily knew this was a scam call. Don t give them anything!
