Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". Man rang claiming to be customer relations and referred to an enquiry about how our number was obtained

This number called me as a collection company for Scottish Power but when I phoned Scottish Power they let me know I was actually in credit and they had never heard of this company. Do not speak to them!!!

The text stated it was from HMRC and to ring the number concerning a rebate of £200 +

said there was a tax fraud against me press 1 or I would be arrested

Answered the call to received a screeching noise down the phone and then they hung up.

Received a call and couldn't understand a word. I asked who they were three times and they just told me but didn't say anything else.

Called my mobile with a bedford code so thought it was a local call (live in beds) However when I answered it the line was silent "no one spoke". Will no block!
