I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. 07711941794 called this morning claiming to be from bank security. I just hung up. I have had calls from various numbers claiming to be from bank security Saying they have had large sums of money from my card.
Seems to be a Solar Panel company, cold calling. I told them that they were calling a business and they immediately hung up. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. How very rude. Sales people should realise that they represent their company and bad attitude reflects on the company.
