Just had a call from "BT". Told me to put my computer on as there was error messages from our broadband. I asked why the genuine BT engineer who visited yesterday hadn't picked anything up. He was stumped - off script. He told me I needed to log in to my computer. I asked him why my computer was needed to sort out the hub. He (Asian) asked me if I spoke English!!!!! Oh how I laughed and said "what did you just say?". He then told me I was stupid and hung up.
Called my mobile today - PPI parasites!! Don't answer the call. Number now blocked.
Rang for just a few seconds. Always suspicious, but particularly for an 0845 number. Didn t ring back. Expect it is a scam to make some money from call charging.

No idea who called me - lot of silence and I disconnected. Later tried to dial the number using 141 and had a BT message saying 'the number has not been recognised'. Rechecked and I had dialled correctly. Curious.
