Apparently recruitment company but if really then very unprofessional one. Ask you for your name before introducing themselves, put phone down on you when you wait to be transferred "to a colleague". Wouldn't trust them with my data.

Called pretending to HMRC avoid this number.
Got back from holiday to find this number had called me (my answer machine was switched off) once a day for the previous 8 days.
Had a phone call from this number said hello, some one on the line said hello back then it went quite, could hear lots of background noise then the phone went dead. I googled the number and it came up with LGi general hospital you cannot ring the number back as it says there not taking calls

Automated call claimed to be my internet provider (did not say which one) and that due to illegal activity on my line would close my link in the next 24 to 48 hours unless I pressed 1 on the phone keypad (which I declined to do). this number just rung saying they can offer an early upgrade to my contract with Three (I m actually with three), but the man new nothing about my contract and asked me how much I spent on average on my phone. If it was a genuine call regarding offering me an upgrade for my existing contract he would at least knew how much I spent every month! Then he hanged up. When I tried to call back but only got answering machine for some kind of recruitment company
