This is Baylis, a car dealership and workshop specialising in Vauxhall and MG cars. I receive calls on this number regarding my service plan.
Caller said he was from ee & because my bills were always paid on time he could offer me a 30% discount. He then asked how much my last payment was. I suggested he tell me the answer to the question & he replied that he worked in promotion not billing. I then asked him to tell me my name & he said "You don't know your own name? What are you? Missed call. No message left. However noticed lot of searches of numbers with this code 01327 so am assuming it is a nuisance call.
I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.
