My answerphone is permanently on to intercept this sort of thing. These people have started leaving malicious and abusive messages. Thought this went beyond telemarketing so reported them to police. Their response was to advise if I don t want abusive calls don t use answerphone! Not sure who s the bigger waste of space, cretinous telemarketers or the Met.

Rang mobile, answered, Indian lady, loads of background noise. I didn t speak, she kept saying hello, she hung up, I blocked

did not recognise number. I answered but did not speak. there was a lot of background chatter, possibly a crowded office or call centre. caller just repeated "hello" without any introduction. they gave up after a few moments and just said "ok" and hung up.

Got 2 calls, first one I could not make out what the guy was saying, seemed to be some marketing kind of thing. He spoke with foreign accent. Second time I missed the call.

I have been receiving several calls a week from this number to my mobile phone, home number and office number. They either say they are from "Trading Banks" or a market research company in Taiwan. I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. They target the elderly and vulnerable and their main objective is to obtain bank details for anything from insurance for washing machines to rebates for Council Tax. It s a complete scam.
