He rang off when I asked a few questions about their company [difficult to hear what he said at this point] and how he came by his information. Usual garbage, but sounded British. This might be a follow up from a so-called survey I foolishly agreed to go through a few days ago - and during which I asked NOT to be contacted from, I assume, the people instigating it in the first place. Claiming to be BT Openreach, but command of the english language was pitiful. Think she was trying to say there was a problem with the BT server and that I was having internet issues. Shame she picked the wrong guy as I am not having internet issues!
