Text Message apparently from my bank asking if I'd authorised a payment, if not click here.
Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.

If this is correct please reply yes if it is not please reply no. Two calls today. Bank and card company checked, no such action attempted.
Cold call from this company. Advised company re TPS and did not appreciate cold calls, put phone down. Caller phoned back and became abusive and threatening. I informed police and have a crime number. Hopefully the police will take action.
