SCAM Recorded message stated it was from WelshWater and that there was a problem with the supply and to press key 1 at end of message to confirm message received. I did not of course press 1 and ended call immediately.

Scammer - Says they are BT openreach, then proceeds to say there is a problem with the router and you need to give them details to fix it. When I said I don't have BT services, the guy said "I know, BT is the only distributer over the country!" Really? Perhaps they need to do their homework. Please schedule a redelivery for your parcel via https;//redelivered-depot.com “ I have copied the message to the letter. I was up at 8:05 so would definitely have heard the doorbell if it had been rung. Why did the message take 2 1/2 hrs to be sent, I tried the link, but it doesn’t work. So I don’t know whether there is a parcel or not? Map shows dot in middle of a field nr Clitheroe. Worrying.
