Scam. Question about car accident.

Claims to be from my internet providor so I said I used only phone or library for Internet use and he hung up. Then called back from an unavoidable number saying ...I m from BT and....blah blah....I said no internet here and he hung up...

Cold call from telemarketing company based in Manchester claiming to be 02 Partner. Told to fxxk xff and not call me again. Also blocked number on phone but my call logs showed they continued to ring me. Pig stupid or what.

Cold calling window company that continuously ignores the TPS. Get very rude when challenged!

Courtesy call from Guide Dogs for the Blind thank ing me for my Monthly contribution. Short call no longer than 2 minutes and no sales pitch. This appears to be a call centre that is used by various Charities, for courtesy calls

These days it is well worth having caller display on a land line - mobiles have it anyway. So for all these callers, 0845-, unavailable, withheld, etc., just lift the receiver and drop it back immediately, or, on a mobile, answer the call and immediately shut it down. This stops answerphone message.

You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. My 2 year manufacturer s warranty was 1y manufacturer + 1y exended.. that 1y extended part was supplied by D&G.
