Been having this number phone both my mobile and house phone quite a few times this week. It all stemmed from a quick survey which I answered from a call on the weekend. (Such a fool I am!)Whatever you do don t agree to answer any surveys over the phone. I have also had many other calls from sales companies since I answered the survey. Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?
Unsolicited call. The caller was a woman who claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse. I hung up after she told me this and immediately reported it as a SPAM call and blocked the number.

Could hear the TV in the background. They didn't speak when I answered.
Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.
