Harassing call re bogus car accident
Scottish power calling you everyday and asked if you wanted to switch energy plan, I said no and they keep calling, now blacklisted!
Caller told me she was from the company I bought my PC from & there were issues due to downloads. She asked me to go to my computer...... at that point I realised she was trying to access my PC illegally. I asked her if she was going to try & extract financial information from me & she hung up.
UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. Fifth time they have phoned me. Today, I decided to play with them and told them that indeed I had been in an accident. Made up a load of details and then after around 30mins told them I had been playing with them and I hope I had wasted their time like they have wasted mine over the last few weeks. Pretending to be from BT Openreach and they claimed they were getting error connections and wanted to check my router connections. When I questioned the originality of the call they immediately terminated the call.

CALLS FROM COMPANY CLAIMING TO ACT KN BEHALF OF O2. TRYING TO GET ME TO UPGRADE. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH O2 GIVING OUT MY CONTRACT DETAILS TO OTHERS. DESPITE TELLING THIS FIRM I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY CONTINUE CALLING. THEY JUST HANG UP IF I COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR HARASSMENT.
