The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. When challenged with questions such as “what bank is calling me?” The person was unable to answer and ultimately terminated the call. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!
