26.9.17 I was told that I had been in an accident. I said pull the other one. Response was to ask when did I have the accident. When I asked if she couldn t hear my reply, the phone went dead. Calls like this are very annoying. This one came when I was expecting an important call and I was an invasion of my privacy.

I pressed 1 and a lady with an Indian accent answered saying she was HMRC and "how can I help you?" I explained that I had just answered the phone to this number saying I was being investigated and she asked for my name. Gentleman rang, seemed to have an Italian accent. Stated he was calling from South Wing hospital & was after a female, unsure of name. Asked him what number he was dialing. He gave a number which was not mine. I advised him to recheck & dial correct no.
