Foreign sounding male Called 14:27 on 05-01-2023 Claiming to have good news for me from Marks & Spencer but first wanted to confirm name, address and my age. Caller hung up when I failed to cooperate fully. Caller's presentation/delivery was similar to previously received obvious phishing calls.

SCAM - home appliance washing machine. Young lady, sounded like a human not a recording, British accent, told me (using my name) that she was calling about teh washing machine policy registered at my address (which worryingly she also knew). This is a well known scam. I told her that she knew as well as I did that there was no such thing and suggested she get herself a proper job.

It appeared on my bank account as pending transaction on 14 May 2023 for the value of more than £30 but I haven’t spent any money with Deliveroo. I will contact my bank if this transaction goes through.

The automated call says its from HMRC. It's designed to frighten you into selecting the option to be connected to a call centre. I didn't take it any further as it was clearly a very nasty, aggressive attempt to initiate a scam.

Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! Tried to get me to go into the terminal of my computer and started inserting ridiculous stuff. As soon as I asked BT to email me officially and we take it from there, she went silent and hung up.
