They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. SCAM Not quite sure what the scam is exactly. Automated bot telling me they've put my national insurance number on hold because I've been involved in some illegal activity. I certainly haven't LOL!
No answer. Rang back and got a message saying "Your call is very important to me. Please hold whilst we transfer you to an agent."

Caller claimed to be from Sky and that I was due both a new viewing card and a refund. I rang Sky back using the official number on their website and they advised that there was no record of any outbound call about either issue and that according to my account notes, neither was due. Would suggest ignoring this call and calling back Sky using a number from their website.
Automated voice telling me my insulation in the loft isn't 'up to govt. standard'. Says he's called Tom and that hey will arrange an appointment today to come and have a look at the insulation. He doesn't sound really automated, but clearly this voice is. As soon as I asked if he was a computer the phone went dead.
This company rang my mobile. I let it ring out. I rang them back from my office. It was a marketing call.

SCAM Indian lady wanted me to give her my bank account details and dob in order to refund me £202. She said she represented Sky refund dept who had discovered they had been overcharging me for the past 12 months. I said that was odd as I am not a Sky customer. She gave her work address as 81 Newgate St, London. I pointed out that address is occupied by BT. She said Yes, BT and Sky now work together. She gave the postcode as OA4902. I pointed out there is no such postcode in UK.
