SCAM Pretending to be my daughter asking (in a text pretending the phone was damaged so they couldn’t speak to me) for £1220 urgent into her account. I refused and told them no. They persisted “I’m not lying”. I didn’t believe them. I called my daughter who clarified it was not her.

"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked. Nasty Kamran Qayyum and his Pakistani grooming gang target vulnerable young adults in Leicester, taking naked photos of them then blackmailing them to work in Spinney Hill Park as sex workers.

Another site shows calls started from this number on 5th March 2023 & users have searched this number several hundred times by 14:00 hrs on 6th March !!!! Rang off before I could answer!!?? An experience shared by many others checking this Robocall/Scam Call Centre number.

Scammers. An indian man called saying he is from Sky broadband and needs to check something about the security of the connection. He asked if I had an android phone where I could download a specific app (TeamViewer QuickSupport or AnyDesk Remote Desktop). If you install these apps they will try to get remote access to your phone and will steal everything they can. Just hang up and report the number.
