My wife took the call and person with a Asian voice started to go on about my council tax and when i asked why he was calling at this time he said it was very important and i told him all government offices are closed and that this is a failed scam and he and his boss must be as thick as hell to call at this time then i put the phone down. I received a call from this number following posting my car for sale on Gumtree. The caller said he was from a car insurance firm, but really didn't sound like he was, not professional approach at all. I asked him not to call back and hung up. I don't know what he was really after, perhaps a scam, but hopefully I will never find out.

I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one?
