The call purported to have come from HMRC and instructed that I should press1 to stop court action from being taken against me for taxes owed. Firstly, I do not owe any taxes. My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Left me a message with some awful music recorded. It went on for ages. Sly tactics by this horrible company. I think you have to have a certain disposition and character to work for this Transcom Company.
