Calls from 01204311988 are from Goodwin Barrett. It’s their call centre. It uses a computer program to ring your number, and if you answer, and an agent is available to talk to you they will, but if not, some hear a ‘goodbye’ some a essage, and some hear nothing. Ridiculous obviously declined and asked them to write instead they haven t, not suprised. Do not hand your details over the phone ask them to write to you and remove your contact number from their system.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.
