I called the telecoms company who own this number range. They only provide inbound calling services, and this number isn t in use with any of their customers. It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965. Call center I received a call from this number telling me he wants to ask me a few questions on behalf of leading brands in the UK. The caller was not speaking very clear and I asked him again what it was about. I then decided I was not going to take part in the survey and he then shouted at me and told me then why do I F2#€@ !! asked him so many questions and he then put the phone down before I could reply. I frequently receive calls from these Manchester numbers, the other number they use 0161 814 9764.

I only answered because they have called me repeatedly for over a month. A man first asked for Lucy then when I said hello again he asked for Paul. I called the number from my land line & its possibly a company called something like Turn Signal. When I asked him to repeat the name he asked for my name so I hung up.

Recorded robot message from loan consolidation lead generator. Total spam. Blocked on Android using Mr Number, even though I m registered with TPS and the call got through.
This showed up on my display and the recorded voice explained my internet was to be cut off "due to illegal activity" and offered the option of pressing "1" to "speak to an executive"- not a real phone number and to be sure a scam.
