When called there is an exchange message: "The number you have dialed has not been recognised. Please check and dial again."
Automated call - a pretty convincing recording of a man called Tom wanting to arrange a survey of our loft insulation. Went round in circles for a bit, and then when the recording asked if i was the home owner and I said no it hung up.
