No message left. Phoned the number back. Automated reply "Cloud Call" ? or similar. Never heard of them - probable sales/nuisance call.
Had a few calls from this number recently. a recorded message saying according to their records we re paying too much for electricity press 2 for details. i didn t press 2 as i use comparison sites to check this sort of info.

UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. The link was https://nationwide.co.uk.payee-authorisation-938.info which I believe is fake (ends in .info) and has nothing to do with nationwide.co.uk
