CLC holidays. Telling you won on of 5000 holidays, if you pay deposit and travel to Cheltenham for hard sell session. Holidays are self catering in not great location resorts which you can get cheaper elsewhere on very restricted dates. So genuine but nuisance.
So this number comes up for a Polish restaurant Folk House Zakopane in London. Well they'd have no reason to be calling people out of the the blue and 'Max' claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse.
They want your information.

Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!
CALLS FROM COMPANY CLAIMING TO ACT KN BEHALF OF O2. TRYING TO GET ME TO UPGRADE. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH O2 GIVING OUT MY CONTRACT DETAILS TO OTHERS. received a text from this number claiming to be Nationwide, with a link to verify a payment. I have an account with them so at first glance could be reasonable. The link was https://nationwide.co.uk.payee-authorisation-938.info which I believe is fake (ends in .info) and has nothing to do with nationwide.co.uk

THis is fake. I had a text pretending to be from my bank, about a transaction. My bank says no such transaction, and they did not send this message. Advice: do not call the number on the text, call your bank using the number printed on the back of your bank card.
Appears to be an Internet Service provider scam - claiming to cut your service within 24 hours.
