Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. Chris, who is apparently my local eneergy adviser and who assumes I am the homeowner called. When I said I wasn't interested in whatever he was selling he hung up. I have hjad an identical call from Chris in the past on a different number.
Just posted the comment above and would like to add that I have reported this matter to the Police and BT and want to urge people not to fall victim to this. The Police have investigated it and have said it is a scam. - Be warned.
3 times this number has contacted me in the last 2 hour, each time asking for a different name none of which I know doing my head in now. They keep saying they will remove number then ring again half hour later!!

Supposed to be insurance call centre.
07894795625 usually receive call from this no every Monday at approx 09:25. She/he/it must have changed their shift pattern as now receiving calls on Wednesday at approx 10:15. Always a silent call and then phone goes down. As I have said before if you want my bank account (the one in Switzerland naturally) you just have to ask very very nicely. Or have you not figured out the other gadget on the end of you call centre headphones is for speaking! There numerous videos on UTube to show you how to do this. G
