Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". Had a call about a minor road accident I supposedly was involved in. I said "MINOR, IT WAS A FATALITY, I ACTUALY DIED IN THAT ONE ".....they rang off without offering condolences ......very rude.

Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!

This number keeps ringing me up to six times per day, but as I do not answer until phone has rung four times, by the time I answer there is no one there. I am getting extremely fed up with this.
