Don t know how they even got my number, fed up with them phoning my mobile when i am working. I have now blocked them on my mobile.

It looks like they know your number and full name. the caller said they are "consumer information bureau" and wants to do survey.

Have had several calls from "Excellent Life", displaying different numbers including 02036096500. Always ask for me by name. Sometimes they give an address and ask if it s correct, but don t do anything if you give a different address. First question is always "are you working or retired?". PPI automated call. Will probably be followed fairly soon after with a call from a private number with some snotty nosed git who knows more about you than you d like. Don t engage them. If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....
