Callers' name was 'Joe' - male, said he was 'an energy advisor'. End of call. Don't call again, Joe, you might get my husband next time and he is nowhere near as polite as I am.

Just had a PayPal request to call this number. Due to suspicious activity on my account, I’ve checked my account and there is no suspicious activity. Clearly a scam request
Call center Automated call claiming I had suspicious activity on my bank account but went to an agent claiming they were from the FCA. The ombudsman have no reason to be directly looking at my bank account without the bank ever contacting me. Strange behaviour. Wanted me to spell my details back to him as if data gathering.

The phone number that they suggest I ring to talk about the renewal or cancellation is +44 1348 881008 this on checking, is a company in Dudley, using a [email protected] address. I may be wrong but I don't have any service plans with Currys and I think their e-mail address would include some reference to currys.

Awaiting callback from my GP when this call came. Male caller talked about a free medical emergency pendant, but implied that there was a paid membership. It increasingly sounded like a sales call and I couldn't really see how this related to my medical issue.
