Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 1217322xxx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. Well this is some landline from Manchester area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated, all the same 016176801xx) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different comapnies, but for sure some general call centre. People did someone answer it?
