Phone rang and nobody spoke! Third time this week

This number has called me fives times today starting at 10am! As the day has gone on the calls have been approx. an hour apart. No message left but they seem pretty keen to get hold of me. Any ideas anyone? I do not answer numbers I do not know.

African sounding man rang my mobile and asked to speak to me using my full name (which i never use) about a financial matter. When i rang back the call was blocked. I have since googled and realised they are scammers. Hope he doesn t call again.

These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". A guy called Paddy rang asking for me by name saying I could get compensation for being ill on a all inclusive holiday,this was quite plausible as I was ill on holiday he went on to say they needed my nat insurance number and for me to email them a photo of my self so they could proceed with my claim, as if I would give that sort of info over phone, total scam
