Called twice home and cell but hung up

Left message saying urgent to call them back, claiming it related to a British Gas Business supply. I don t have a British Gas supply.Called twice in last 24 hours.

Called claiming they had heard about my accident - kept talking over me when I asked them to remove me from their list so screamed down the phone. Seemed to do the trick.

This caller phoned me in the last 5 minutes and spoke so indistinctly that I terminated the call. Judging by other comments I m also suspicious of this caller.

Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

Yorkshire accent, Exeter number. Claimed they were calling on behalf of the Association of British Insurers. When pressed, admitted it was actually the "Motor Advice Bureau". Pressed further, he admitted it was a personal injury (or as he put it, "personal welfare") claims referral. Caller told me she was from the company I bought my PC from & there were issues due to downloads. She asked me to go to my computer...... at that point I realised she was trying to access my PC illegally. I asked her if she was going to try & extract financial information from me & she hung up.

PPI clam company stating that I am owed ?3350 with a link to www.ppinomore.com.

This people try to get access to my computer pretending to be BT, a very poor way to get my password. Be aware of such scams.

Asian voice called Shaun called me about my internet Said I haven't got internet. He hung up.

Odd, number appeared on phone but didn t ring. Must have been intercepted by call blocker on BT phone.
