Repeatedly told him he wasn t available, asked him which company was calling and to remove my number from their list as I was registered with TPS(useless, I know!). I had a missed call on my mobile from this number today at 2.30 pm. Did not try to ring back as I didn't recognise the number.

Clearly, that would instigate and expensive return call… Plus they woke my 86 year old Mother who is very ill from her afternoon sleep.

Some man claiming that he was calling me about government funded roof installation that I had had installed (which I haven't). Could have been a genuine mistake but, when I said that he must have made a mistake, he rang off without another word, so I suspect that this was some sort of scam call.
A survey that I supposedly took some months ago, they asked if I have ever worked in a noisy environment and did it affect my hearing, after saying "pardon" about 5 times I tried another tactic,I continually ask for "their policy number" this seems to have done the trick as I haven t heard from them in weeks now.

SCAM. One of those calls about an accident I was supposed to have had in the last 3 years. They had my name wrong but still would not believe I had not had an accident. Number now blocked.
