Told me I had claim back on insurance hidden in mortgage and eventually...after I d been very cynical and searched online, asked for my expiry date and then said needed long card number on credit card not linked to my mortgages for a check. When I said this didn t make sense they hung upM. Give them nothing!

just called and hung up, I called them back to find that they are touting for business claiming that I had a minor car accident in the last couple of years, erm nope!

Like others have said, AO.com trying to sell extra coverage for the appliance. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra! This number has rang twice today but didn?t get past my Truecall system. If it was a legitimate call, they would have followed the instructions to start through the system.
