Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Called a couple of times, but cut off when I picked up. I think it is a spoofed ID as the first 5 digits are a local number but the next two appear ficticious.

Rang it back,rang but then stopped and went dead.Should imagine another scam,where they ring from a local number expecting you to answer it....

Scam!! Purporting to be from a network provider & threatening to disconnect ones internet. Ignore & don't press 1 or 2 as requested.

They asked if I was Mr ..... I asked who was calling and they hung up. Very rude and unprofessional - didnt give me a chance to tell them to go away. ;-(
