Called me but no sound when answered for 25 seconds before I hung up

Call to my rarely used mobile about my recent accident - I answered that I did not have any recent accident. Caller did give a company name but too fast to recall it. Obviously prospecting for accident claims insurers and completely bogus.

Fifth time they have phoned me. Today, I decided to play with them and told them that indeed I had been in an accident. Made up a load of details and then after around 30mins told them I had been playing with them and I hope I had wasted their time like they have wasted mine over the last few weeks. Even then he was trying to persuade me I had whiplash and when I told him I had not and had not been in an accident he said "You must not know what whiplash is!" Had a few calls from this number recently. a recorded message saying according to their records we re paying too much for electricity press 2 for details. i didn t press 2 as i use comparison sites to check this sort of info.

This company called me because i requested a kitchen design visit on their website so they were calling to arrange a date and time for the designer to come to my house.

Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone.

I stayed over 8 times that I was uninterested and please take my number of the system. The woman said that she would put my number back in the dialler and get someone else to call me

Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

Like the rest of you we texted for wildlife info and despite saying we cant make a donation we have been bombarded with nuiscence calls ever since. Sometimes as many as 3 a day each time hanging up before answering

Oh my me how foolish ive been I read this advert and thought i can do that....and then I tried to register which was successful then they wanted 250 dollars then my card payment...

Claims to be from my internet providor so I said I used only phone or library for Internet use and he hung up. Then called back from an unavoidable number saying ...I m from BT and....blah blah....I said no internet here and he hung up...
