I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. Why did the genuine HSBC want to ring me now?
