SCAMi had a number of calls and messages recently from this number 2 automated calls stating there going to go to a county court and 2 voice calls where a gentleman said he was from hmrc but couldn't speak very well English and started asking for my details to be able to tell me Any further info I said that this was not the hmrc number and he hung up I have now blocked this number

They ve been calling me all day. I answered the last call and as soon as I asked who they were the adviser hung up! Be very weary if they call you and don t answer any personal questions as I suspect they are a fraudulent phishing company. This company has called me multiple times from in the past year from atleast 6 different numbers. Yeah 01217329965 have just called me, glad I've checked here before calling them, seems a bit dodgy as I've been surfing the net trying to find a man with a van to collect some fishing tackle up in Walsall/ Birmingham, Somehow they must have been watching me;
I received the same message as others . I am waiting to hear from HMRC because although I thought it must be a scam I emailed HMRC to make sure. I am a pensioner and this call made me feel sick and worried. Hope these people are caught soon.

It's a Macclesfield area code. Bunch of cold callers. Before I took part in an Office of National Statistics (ONS) survey I didn't receive such calls. Despite the ONS saying they didn't release my details to 3rd parties it seems they did as the coincidence is too great. Block this number as I have done.

SCAM Fortunately, I have TruCaller home phone so pushed it straight to the "waiting" queue and as they didn't leave a message or say who was calling did not route through to the actaual phone ring. I already had this number blocked on my Mobile and in Malwarebytes as it claimed to be from BT saying there was a problem with my broadband... when I mentioned that I worked for BT as a fault engineer they immediately hung up :)

Two calls received within 24 hours from male with Indian/Asian accent and female with American accent. Both told me that they had information that showed that I had had a no fault accident within the last 2 years. They were obviously reading from a script, refused to tell me where they had got my name, phone number or the accident information from. I told them what I thought of them and they hung up !
