Caller claimed to be associated with Microsoft and wanted me to go to website at tecacytix.co.uk. I said no I would not do that until I had done some checking. She gave me the number 02081233077 to call so I could check. Did she think I was still wet behind the ears! Said no, I think this may be a scam, call me back in ten minutes. Very persistent, kept ringing and reringing when the answerphone rang in. I just left it to ring after seeing the two comments above.

Claimed that I took out insurance for drainage at my house. The first two years were free and as I had made no claims the remaing three years were to be at half price. They quoted the last 4 digits of my bank card but this was my old card.When I would not give them my new card they said that as this was the last day they could keep the offer and would have to charge the full amount.
